One church, many nations

“All the nations you have made shall come and bow down before you, O Lord, and shall glorify your name.”

Psalm 86:9

We celebrate our uniqueness together by marking the independence celebration of every nation represented in our church. We share a taste of the local cuisine, music, history and culture of the people, and celebrate God who made us all unique in His own wisdom.

Our history

Our community is made up of members from

  • Barbados
  • Belize
  • Cameroon
  • China
  • Jamaica
  • Myanmar
  • Liberia
  • Nigeria
  • Sierra Leone
  • Trinidad and Tobago
  • and several other nations

Sunday worship is always an exciting time at Christ the King.

As a multicultural Episcopal community, we strive for a creative style of worship, while maintaining uniformity with the use of the Book of Common Prayer and adherence to the creed of our basic doctrine.

  • Hymns open the service, followed by the confession of faith.
  • Members are invited to join the Bible readings: Old Testament, a psalm, New Testament and the Gospel.
  • The service is displayed on the screen, and a bulletin is available for all who prefer.
  • Come as you are. When you walk through our doors we want you to feel welcomed and loved.
